I love this piece. The assignment was simple:
design an illustration based on the Dia de los Muertos celebration in these dimensions - and as much as this might not be traditional, I thought I'd take a sexy route. The class came up with some fantastic pieces but I do so love mine. She's a classy lady she is.
I had a hand full of other ideas (some I even liked a lot better) but for them to work compositionaly they wouldn't have fit the dimensions he requested. I do plan on drawing them out eventually. I think you'll get a real kick out of them.
